The Rules: Post on this thread and tell us about yourself for 3 points. You can only do this once. It is okay to post responses to other people's posts in this thread.

To get the points you must tell us:
-What Vajra Games You Play
-Where You Live
-Something Unique About Yourself

You can also tell us anything else about yourself that you want.

+2 points if you post a picture of yourself.
+5 points if you post a picture of yourself dressed as a character from a Vajra game.

I will re-introduce myself.

It has being a million years since I got the FWTD manual and logged into the original Burn Inmediatly forum. I playtested IDA and my players literally freaked out and shart their pants.
I still live in Seville (Spain, the UE), but I plan to move to any (foreing) city that offers me employment in the tourism industry.
I had being unemployed so much time that I had become something like a FWTD shut-in punk.
Look at my profile image, that´s me. Old ladies get scared when they see me in the street, until I talk to them and help them with their groceries bags.
I love Vajra Enterprise book writing for its "this is not a black or white world" and serious approach on beliefs and mental illness. Also, awesome attention to detail. Love it.

I'm so glad you came over to the new board, Ashen Victor! And I'm learning new things about you.

I've given you 5 points (3 for the intro, 2 for the picture).

I've always meant to post a picture of myself dressed as an Eccentric!
Image

Although, since they're not a gang, here's a variation making me look more like a Night Shift officer  !

Of course, that's actually one picture, and my description remains on the old forum.

A Chinese Jian sword, actually (of course, we're talking the practice version here). Sorry it's not clear, the other pictures with it just didn't come on focus for some reason.
But I think a Jian fits well for an Eccentric!

Re-introducing myself as well; I didn't even notice the board switched. :P
I bought my first Vajra book - Fates Worse than Death, not too surprisingly - around four, five years back, via the shop; soon, KidWorld and Behind the eyes of madness (if I am correct) followed. I also leeched the Tibet and Hoodoo Blues PDFs, using this awesome point system, by translating some stuff and doing the basic steps everyone did (like introducing myself, which I do again now).
I am from Germany, am studying Sociology and hoping to become a journalist some day. I also have a small job in a callcenter where I give people free tickets for TV show recordings. I'm playing RPGs for 7 years now, have one group which meets weekly for four and have yet to play ANY Vajra game, and not just use the books as entertaining read and inspiration - tough to find players who're willing to try something new.
Why do I love your books? It's simple. The worlds are perfectly well thought-out, without using an overly complicated metaplot; the worlds stay HUMAN. The infrastructure makes sense (mostly). I like the ORC-system and the fact that the play doesn't focus on combat or epicness but everyday situations. You guys make some of the best worlds I've ever seen, and I want to see more. Much more. So, let's get started by earning more points, shall we? :D

I'm glad you're back at the board Arabascan, and I'm pleased that a student of Sociology likes the Vajra settings. (I studied psychology in college, but if I had it to do over again I might have done sociology).

I've added 3 points to your account.
